This is a high-energy class inspired by mixed martial arts exercises yet without immediate contact with an opponent, nor prior knowledge of martial arts moves. It is rather a choreographed class where your instructor will challenge you to expand your fitness boundaries to unleash the warrior within you with each round. 
The exercise works out your legs, shapes your arms, back and shoulders, while providing your abs an unparalleled training. Once you master all moves and make the best out of each, you can burn up to around 740 calories in each class.  
Now, it’s your choice; don’t keep the inner warrior trapped in!
