BODYSTEP got it all!

BODYSTEP is an athletic class that combines basic stepping with other moves like burpees and pushups and sometimes weight plate exercises to work out your upper body.
Playing upbeat, hit music, your instructor will coach you through the workout and will give you options that ensure your smooth integration and safety.
BODYSTEP can help you improve your coordination and agility while simultaneously toning and shaping your butt and legs. The cardio blocks will get your heart rate up and increase your overall cardio fitness. Most importantly, you’ll be able to shed off the fat as your fat burning systems get pushed into high gear allowing you to burn up to 620 calories.
